Township Board Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Hopkins Public Library. January 11, February 8, March 8 (Budget Hearing), April 12, May 10, June 14 July 12, August 9, September 13, October 11,November 8, December 13. Planning Commission Meetings are held quarterly on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 pm in the Village/Township Hall. January 26, April 27, July 27, and October 26. Board of Appeals Meetings are held quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm in the Village/Township Hall only when there is business on the agenda. February 9, May 11, August 10, and November 9. Board of Review Organizational Day -Tuesday, March 2, 10 a.m. Monday, March 8 - 9 a.m. to Noon & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday,March 9 - 10 a.m. to Noon & 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Elections Polling place for all elections is the Village/Township Hall.
