Making a Credit Card or Electronic Check Payment for Property Taxes

You can now pay your property taxes, until the due date of the tax, with a Visa,  MasterCard,  American Express or Discover credit card.  This option is offered through Official Payments Corporation (OPC) ONLY.  You have the option of using the internet or using the automated phone system.   (Late payments of tax cannot be paid through OPC)

2. To make a credit card payment using OPC's automated phone system call the following toll free number: 1-800-2PAY-TAX or 1-800-272-9829.  Jurisdiction Code for Hopkins Township is 7103. 

Note:  OPC charges a convenience fee on all credit card transactions.  The credit/debit card convenience fee is 3.0% of the amount of the payment.   Electronic check convenience fee is $3.00,  A fee calculator is available at www.officialpayments.com to assist in calculating your convenience fee.  Fees are determined by OPC and are subject to change.
